Why is breathing the foundation of life?
Looking at the foundation on the level of Creation, we find the nose; so breathing is the Foundation of life. See more on the page 4. The Foundation

Where can we find the phrase, “Walk your talk” in The Four Symbols?
The word “walk” corresponds to the “foot” on the levels of Manifestation and Formation. The word “talk” corresponds to the “mouth” on the level of Creation.
The lowest sphere for each level (Foot, Foot and Mouth) represents the level of the Earth. The level of the Earth is on sphere number 10 (There are 10 spheres, numbered 1 through 10) which means each number 10 is linked with the other number 10’s. The three numbers 10 represent a horizontal connection between all the levels, Manifestation, Formation and Creation. This holds true for the other numbers as well.

Q: Why does our life experience open up our knowledge?
This figure represents the pattern of folding that shows how our foundation is connected to our knowledge. By folding the symbol of Manifestation in half, the sphere 10 comes to meet the sphere 1, and sphere 9 (representing our Foundation) comes to meet the dashed sphere (representing our Knowledge). Sphere 6 (Heart) is the middle point. This is why the experience of life (Foundation) opens up our knowledge.
At each level (Manifestation, Formation and Creation), whenever Foundation meets Knowledge we get the full sphere like on the level of Emanation.
